
About Dr. Havens
Dr. Havens is a naturopathic physician and clinical researcher, offering evidence-based, precision integrative cancer care to adult and pediatric patients, with advanced stage disease or limited therapeutic options. She is also a certified mistletoe provider.
Dr. Havens obtained her medical degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She completed internships at Yale University in the Department of Pediatrics and at George Washington University in the Center for Integrative Medicine. She was awarded an NIH NRSA Fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, after which, she continued her clinical training as a resident in Naturopathic Oncology at City of Hope (formerly Cancer Treatment Centers of America) in Philadelphia. After returning to the valley, she also completed a breast surgical oncology internship at Ironwood Cancer and Research Center.
Dr. Havens splits her time between Arizona and Wisconsin, where she is currently the program director for Integrative Medicine in the MACC Fund Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children’s Wisconsin. She is also an attending physician in the Department of Oncology and Hematology at Children’s Wisconsin and faculty member of Medical College of Wisconsin. Her background in cancer biology and genomics, coupled with her training as a naturopathic physician, uniquely enables her to use patient-specific genetic analysis to provide precision integrative cancer care for patients with advanced stage disease.
